Google Apps

My wife and I use Google everything and are still learning about some of their products, but so far it has been great for us as we are very involved in numerous projects remotely working together, so things like the Google calendar helps us team up without having to be in the same room at the same time. Her calendar is the main calendar but she can instantly add stuff to my calendar so I am up on the latest without having to talk with her...we never double book anything because we see each others calendar at all times...We also have a church and now that we are learning about Google Docs I can see where this will be a huge asset to the different projects we do together...We really didn't have a system except by my wife creating documents and when I have the time I proof and accept or deny; this process takes too long because the time between us getting together in the same room at the same time is sometimes lengthy because we are so busy but since we both have smart phones and sometimes between transits we find time to get online but not together and I could see this being perfect time to update documents...sounds like a win win to me.
